2. Orders & Payments

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We ship within Malaysia only. Delivery times vary based on location.

3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in failed delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

4.2 Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items. Customers must provide proof (e.g., photos) within 7 days of receiving the order.

4.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Optical Appliances & Contact Lenses Policy

5.1 In accordance with Malaysian guidelines for the online sale of optical appliances and contact lenses, customers must acknowledge that if experiencing persistent symptoms or side effects, customers must consult a medical practitioner or a registered optometrist.

5.2 Customers must confirm, by answering the option pickers during checkout, that they:

Have had a comprehensive eye examination with a registered optometry practitioner before purchasing optical appliances (e.g., glasses) or contact lenses.
Have uploaded a valid prescription for optical appliances or contact lenses. Said prescription must be issued by a registered optometrist or a registered optician with a contact lens permit.

5.3 The prescription is valid only for SIX (6) months from the date of issuance.

5.4 If a customer selects "No" in the option picker for not having their eyes checked or not providing a valid prescription, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to lens.my. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our website without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item purchased.
